Job description

The Call Centre Executive – Technical Support will combine customer-service discipline with practical technical triage and accurate ticket ownership.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and approved outbound customer-support calls professionally.
  • Capture identity, issue, urgency and environment details accurately.
  • Resolve supported first-line issues using approved knowledge and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Create and route tickets with complete notes and follow-up expectations.
  • Maintain service quality, privacy and communication standards.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of customer service, call-centre or technical-support experience.
  • Strong spoken and written English with professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to follow technical troubleshooting and escalation procedures consistently.

Preferred qualifications

  • Technology, SaaS, education or IT-service support experience.
  • CRM/ITSM and contact-centre platform experience.
  • Additional language capability relevant to business needs.
