Job description
The Media Platform Engineer will support content, audience and distribution workflows across cloud-hosted digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop backend services and platform integrations for content workflows.
- Improve performance, caching, resilience and observability.
- Support event-driven integrations and metadata flows.
- Automate deployment and production health checks.
- Investigate platform failures and recurring operational issues.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of backend, cloud or platform-engineering experience.
- Strong API and distributed-system fundamentals.
- Experience operating high-traffic or content-heavy digital services.
Preferred qualifications
- Media, streaming, publishing or communication-platform experience.
- CDN and event-streaming knowledge.
- Cloud-native and container-platform experience.
