Job description
The Education Technology Consultant will combine education-process understanding with technology advisory and delivery planning.
Key responsibilities
- Map learner, staff and administrative journeys.
- Define portal, workflow, integration and reporting requirements.
- Support solution evaluation and implementation planning.
- Address accessibility, privacy and role-based access requirements.
- Coordinate stakeholder workshops and adoption activities.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of education technology, digital transformation or education-consulting experience.
- Strong requirements, process and stakeholder-management capability.
- Understanding of education systems, data and digital-service delivery.
Preferred qualifications
- Education MIS, CRM or student-portal experience.
- WCAG/accessibility knowledge.
- Experience supporting education-sector implementation programmes.
