Job description
The Business Analyst will support discovery, requirements definition, process improvement and delivery validation across digital and technology programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document current-state and target-state processes.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements with measurable acceptance criteria.
- Support data mapping, integration and workflow discussions with engineering teams.
- Maintain assumptions, decisions, dependencies and requirements traceability.
- Support testing, business validation and implementation readiness.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of business-analysis experience in technology or digital-delivery environments.
- Strong requirements, process-mapping and stakeholder communication skills.
- Understanding of software delivery, APIs, data flows and system integration.
Preferred qualifications
- SQL or data-analysis capability.
- Experience with BPMN/UML, Jira and Confluence.
- Industry experience aligned to RC client sectors.
